The College of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics houses a number of centers and facilities which have been designed to enhance the learning environment of our students and assist them throughout their academic career. These facilities offer a wide variety of services across many academic areas of the college.
Peer Mentoring Center (Department of Biological Sciences)
The Peer Mentoring Center in the Department of Biological Sciences is staffed with students who have succeeded in biologic courses and can help students understand the material and content. Chemistry Tutoring Center (Department of Chemistry)
The Chemistry Tutoring Center is a resource for students to access FREE tutoring services for students who need help with chemistry classes. The center is located in Science 4104. For more information and the tutoring schedule, visit the Chemistry website.
Computer Science Tutoring (Department of Computer Science and Information Technology)
The Computer Science Tutoring Center is located in Wallace 455 and offers free tutoring sessions in 100 level CSC courses as well as some upper division courses. Visit the CSIT website for more information.
Mathematics/Statistics Tutoring Center (Department of Mathematics and Statistics)
The Math/Stat Tutoring Center is located in Wallace 455 and is open Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Friday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. The center provides a variety of tutoring services to students taking classes in the areas of general studies/service, math education and statistics.
