If you’re on campus this summer, you won’t have to go far for a great meal. The following EKU Dining locations will be open Monday through Friday.

Stratton Café

Stratton Café offers a full salad bar, deli, sandwiches, a home cooking station and more.

Summer Hours:

• Monday through Thursday – 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. (breakfast) and 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. (lunch)
• Friday – 6:30 a.m. to 10 a.m. (breakfast) and 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. (lunch)

Stratton Café will also be open for dinner any time Case Kitchen is closed.

Starbucks

Starbucks is the world’s favorite coffee shop. Stop in, have a drink and a meal, and get some work done on your laptop.

Summer Hours:

• Monday to Friday – 7:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Case Kitchen

Case Kitchen will be open during EKU’s frequent campus events in summer, such as New Student Orientation. This schedule is still being finalized.
