The F. Douglas Scutchfield Scholarship supports junior or senor pre-medicine majors or graduate students in the public health area. First preference will be given to students from Floyd County, Kentucky and second preference will be given to students from an eastern Kentucky county. Special consideration shall be given to students who express an interest in staying in Kentucky. Recipient must possess outstanding leadership skills, career potential, academic achievement, and financial need.
