Autumn Sherry McCane, PhD
Dr. Sherry McCane serves as chief of the mental health service at the Lexington VA Health Care System.
Prior to this position, she served as assistant chief of mental health and acting clinical coordinator for the residential PTSD and substance abuse unit.
McCane’s clinical interests include trauma, treatment of PTSD and working with veteran families coping with transitional stressors.
As a leader, Dr. McCane enjoys quality improvement, innovations and developing leaders in the field.
Dr. McCane is an EKU alumna (go Colonels!) and a former adjunct instructor in EKU’s Department of Psychology.
