Purchase Order for Established Design

Do you need CBM’s approval for a purchase order of a design that is already established? Please submit your request here.

Request Help to Create a Design

Please follow the instructions below to get started:

  1. If you do not currently have an Asana account, login with your Google credentials and enter your EKU email. See More Information
  2. Enter your details and project information in the request.
  3. Submit the request. It will automatically route the information to Communications and Brand Management.
  4. Check your email for follow-up information.

Answering the questions on the form below will help us understand the project goals and establish the direction of the project. Completion of the form should take 5-10 minutes, and allow us to accommodate requests or assign to a contractor as appropriate. Requests may be fulfilled based on staff availability and project priority.

This request form is powered by Asana, a project management tool for EKU.

What should I look for to get updates on my ticket?

You will receive an confirmation page noting we have received your request, along with an email receipt that will look similar to the content below.

What if I don’t know how to use Asana?

That’s okay! We will be communicating with you via email through Asana, where we can keep track of the status, notes, and next steps. Future trainings will be available for your unit as needed to utilize the system. Additional information about Asana is available here.
